Karmafusion's postage and packing is done by weight

We currently use Royal Mail to delivery our products

Standard postage and packing is £3.99 on all orders up to 2kg. Standard postage and packing is £8.99 orders above 2kg and below 5kg

Returns and refunds policy

Karmafusion hope you’re delighted with your purchase,

but if you’re not completely satisfied there are lots of ways we can help.

Returns

If you've changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s).

In-line with our returns policy, your item(s) needs to be:

• Unused
• In its original packaging
• In a resalable condition
• With its proof of purchase
• You’ll also need to return any free items that came with the product.

Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account, with PayPal refunds taking up to 30 days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are dependent on current stock levels. If we’re unable to offer an exchange, we can process a refund via the original payment method.
